Hi, I'm Lyndsei!

My approach to therapy is genuine, holistic, and deeply affirming. My authenticity is my longest-standing compliment—because, at my core, I’ve never been surface-level. I go deep. I offer warmth and comfort, even as I challenge you to lean into the uncomfortable work of healing. This balance of compassion and accountability is what my clients love most.

Beyond the professional titles you hold, the accolades, and the polished exterior you present to the world, I want to see the real you. I want you to know that all parts of you matter—even the ones you don’t love (yet).

I help amazing people navigating self-concept, relationships, complex trauma, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, and grief. I also support those who can’t quite pinpoint an issue but feel deep down that something isn’t right. My work integrates Parts Therapy (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness based therapy—but more than that, therapy with me is a collaborative, tailor-made experience designed to meet you where you are and guide you home to yourself.

 

Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. And you don’t have to do it alone.
